One-on-one sport consultations

The goal of individual consultations is to help an athlete or young player make sustainable improvements to their mental game and/or overcome any performance or emotional issues that may be affecting their skill execution, well-being or general health.

Being an athlete, young or experienced, is incredibly demanding and often takes a huge amount of sacrifice; this added pressure means it’s not always easy to keep on top of your game. Ambitus Performance will support clients every step of the way, regardless of your current level of performance and provide assistance in discovering the best version of your performance. This will not only allow you to perform optimally in your sport, but also in many areas of your life.

At Ambitus Performance we understand the life of an athlete is usually a busy one, which is why we schedule our appointments around you. Whether you are in a pre-competition phase of training and want to work more intensively, or maybe you need to space out your sessions during competition, we will endeavour to be flexible to your requirements. Consultations are available face-to-face, on the phone, online, and via Skype. The allotted time for an individual consultation is 50-minutes, however an hour will always be reserved should we need it.
