Jonne Tryphonos is certified as a sport and exercise psychologist with Health Care and Professionals Council (HCPC).
Having graduated from the University of Roehampton in 2014 he was awarded the Erasmus Mundus scholarship, as granted from the European Commission and accepted onto the European Masters programme in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
Four leading universities in the field offered this unique international masters programme jointly: the University of Jyväskylä (JYU), Finland, the University of Thessaly (UTH), Greece, Lund University (LU) and the University of Leipzig (UL), Germany. Establishing himself in central Finland Jonne was exposed to a range of people from different cultures and was able to interact and network with people that came from very different educational backgrounds.
The experience of collaborating and learning from people from totally different perspectives allowed him to develop a more holistic picture of the world and this has enriched the approach of his consultancy work. As an Applied Sport Psychology Consultant, he has consulted with youth, scholastic, academy, elite, and professional athletes, as well as individuals, teams, and business groups.
